Online and Offline Application Options
- Admission is done through our official online application portal: apply.cherancolleges.org
- Candidates can also visit the college to get a printed application form.
- Application submissions can be done either online or offline.
Government and University Guidelines
- The admission process begins as per the Government of Tamil Nadu’s schedule.
- Admissions are subject to approval from Bharathiar University.
Eligibility Criteria
For UG Programmes:
- Must have passed Class 12 (10+2 system) from a recognized board.
For PG Programmes:
- Must have completed a valid UG degree from a recognized institution or university.
Step-by-Step Admission Process
- Register online using a valid email ID.
- Select your preferred programme (you can update this later using your login).
- Upload scanned copies of required certificates.
- Visit the college for document verification (original mark sheet, community certificate, etc.).
- Pay the full academic fee to complete the admission.
- Your name will be added to the college roll after successful completion of these steps.
- Note: Applicants without an email ID must create one before registration. All communication will be done through this email ID.
Important Notes for Discontinuation Cases
- If a student registers but doesn’t attend any class, only a nominal fee will be charged. Certificates will be returned.
- If a student attends 15 or more days of class, they must pay full semester fees.
- Warning Notices:
- Day 15: First notice by post and email.
- Day 30: Second notice.
- Day 45: Final notice via post, email, and WhatsApp.
- Day 46: Report is sent to Accounts and Management with proof.
- On discontinuation, students must clear No Dues Certificate through the Accounts Department.
