Training & Placement

Training & Development

The Training and Placement Cell conducts continuous training programmes aimed at developing both technical and soft skills required for professional success. Training activities begin from the early stages of academic programmes and continue until students are placement-ready.

Personality development programmes focus on grooming students with confidence, leadership qualities, professional etiquette, and positive attitude. Training sessions help students develop self-confidence, teamwork skills, and professional behaviour required in corporate environments.

Special emphasis is given to improving communication skills, including spoken English, presentation skills, group communication, and professional interaction. These programmes enable students to communicate effectively in interviews and workplace environments.

Mock interviews and group discussion sessions are conducted regularly to familiarize students with recruitment procedures. These sessions help students improve interview performance, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills while reducing interview anxiety.

The institution encourages students to undertake internships in industries and organizations relevant to their field of study. Internship programmes provide practical exposure, industry experience, and opportunities to apply academic knowledge in real-time professional settings.
